AI services for business

AI readiness and adoption for companies.

Start with the work. Choose the tool later.

LOKAL helps companies decide where AI is useful, build it into the real workflow and create the ownership, practice and controls that keep it in use.

The short answer

What AI services does LOKAL provide?

LOKAL provides AI readiness, enablement, implementation, adoption, automation, training and AI-search services for companies. Work begins with a business workflow and a named owner, then connects the required technology, human review, capability building, governance and measurement.

Six commercial jobs

One lifecycle, without six versions of “AI consulting”

Each page owns a different decision. If two labels lead to the same work, they stay on the same page.

Start here

AI readiness assessment

Inspect work, data, tools, risk and people. Leave with a ranked use-case map, gap register and practical 90-day sequence.

See the scope

Organisation-wide

AI enablement

Align leaders, redesign workflows, equip managers and teams, set controls and measure whether the new behaviour holds.

Build + change

AI adoption and implementation

Turn an approved use case into a working system, a human review path, operating guidance and a measured rollout.

See the scope

Systems

AI automation

Connect models, tools and existing systems around a defined workflow—with exception handling and an accountable owner.

Capability

AI training and workshops

Role-based practice on real company work. Training is a delivery format inside the programme, not a substitute for operating change.

Findability

AI search visibility

Measure how a brand is named, cited and recommended, then improve the pages, entity signals and source footprint that shape those answers.

The operating sequence

From a plausible idea to normal work

Every handoff produces something the next owner can inspect: a score, a decision, a working change or a repeated measure.

  1. 01

    Assess

Find the work with a real owner, usable inputs, manageable risk and a result the business can recognise.

  2. 02

    Prioritise

Choose a small first wave. Record what is ready, what needs a prerequisite and what should not become an AI project.

  3. 03

    Build and enable

Implement the workflow, human check, guidance, training and manager rhythm together.

  4. 04

    Adopt and govern

Measure use and output quality, handle exceptions and expand only after the operating pattern holds.

Engagement and pricing method

Buy the next decision, not an undefined retainer

Fixed-scope assessment

One project fee after intake confirms workflows, interview groups, systems and review rounds. The quote fixes the artefacts and readout.

Defined implementation

A project or staged scope tied to the approved workflow, integrations, human-review burden, rollout group and acceptance checks.

Enablement cadence

A programme scope covering leadership, use cases, managers, training, governance and measurement. Expansion follows evidence, not the calendar.

Capability and proof

Credentials help. The operating record still has to do the work.

LOKAL has Claude Certified Architect — Foundations capability, and its founder participates in the OpenAI Champions Network. Neither fact is presented as a vendor endorsement or a client outcome.

Claude architecture capability

The credential supports model, tool and architecture judgement at its named level. It does not turn every engagement into an Anthropic partnership.

OpenAI community participation

The founder-level network membership supports current ecosystem familiarity. LOKAL is not described as an OpenAI partner.

A claim register with teeth

Numbers without a reconciled period, denominator, source and permission stay out of new commercial copy—even when they appeared on older pages.

Questions companies ask before the first AI scope

What AI services does LOKAL offer?

LOKAL provides AI readiness assessments, organisation-wide enablement, implementation and adoption, workflow automation, role-based training and AI-search visibility. The services connect, but each has its own scope and decision point.

Is LOKAL an AI consulting firm?

Consulting is the diagnostic and decision layer, not the entire product. A consulting conversation should route into a defined readiness, enablement, implementation or training engagement—or conclude that no project is ready.

How are AI engagements priced?

Readiness is quoted as a fixed project after intake. Implementations are priced against the approved workflow, systems, review burden and rollout scope. Enablement programmes use an agreed workstream and cadence. Workshops are scoped by audience, format and company material.

Does LOKAL choose the AI tool?

LOKAL recommends tools after the workflow, security needs, data, user context and existing licences are understood. A vendor preference can be an input, but it does not decide the architecture by itself.

Can LOKAL train our team without an implementation?

Yes, when the team has a clear learning job and approved examples. For broader adoption, training normally works better when it sits beside a workflow, manager ownership and follow-up measurement.

What evidence can LOKAL publish?

LOKAL publishes cleared operating-history and credential claims with their limitations. Older enterprise adoption figures remain out of new copy until their dates, denominator, method and permission are reconciled.

Which workflow is costing time, quality or control?

Tell us what happens now, who owns the output and where the work breaks. We’ll review the brief before proposing an assessment or implementation.
