How is AI consulting different from an AI readiness assessment?
The readiness assessment is a fixed product for ranking use cases across work, data, tools, risk and people. Consulting can address another bounded decision, such as architecture, governance, an adoption problem or an implementation brief.
Will LOKAL recommend a particular AI vendor?
Only when the workflow, existing stack, access, security and operating burden support the choice. The decision record explains the trade-offs; a community membership or credential does not decide the vendor.
Can you help us recover a stalled pilot?
Yes. We inspect workflow fit, manager ownership, user practice, support, controls and the measurement panel, then return a repair backlog and the conditions for continuing or stopping.
Do you stay for implementation?
LOKAL can scope and deliver implementation, but it is a separate decision. The consulting output is written so the company can also proceed internally or with another approved delivery team.
